From AFS Command to all Troops,
Dissension in the ranks of the AFS troops has been building over the last few months. This has been caused by varying factors, including loss of territory and the seemingly endless reinforcements the Bane have been able to produce. This has caused internal bickering and fighting throughout the many divisions and outfits within the AFS.
AFS Command has decided it is time for this to stop.
AFS Command realizes the cause of this foreboding lack of morale throughout the AFS command structure is brought about by homesickness, endless fighting that in turn has caused supply shortages and heavy losses.
In an effort to combat this and to bring the various clans, outfits, and squads together, AFS Command has been exploring options to boost morale. After seeing and evaluating the various options brought to them, AFS Command has determined that a series of athletic competitions between the fractured organizations would help redirect the troops frustrations and relieve the developing tensions, thus increasing morale.
It has been decided that this series of athletic competitions be modeled after the series of athletic competitions back home on our beloved Earth, The Olympic Games. Due to the lack of resources and funds however, most of these competitions will be based on and use military equipment and tactics.
Due to the scale of this event, a limit may be placed on the maximum number of participants/teams that will be allowed to participate in each event. However, AFS Command welcomes Clans who wish to select their best soldiers to represent them in each event, as well as those who have been on Solo operations for the AFS. We hope that this little slice of home will bring you all together and further the efforts to eradicate the Bane.

- King of the Hill: Free For All Battle with a twist.
- Fencing: Fights to the death with Blades.

- Gymnastics: Look at how I twirl my glowsticks!
Group 3:
Date: August 16th
- Swmming: A swim meet in Howling Maw.
- Gauntlet: A grueling race through the tunnels of Abyss.
Group 4:
Date: August 17th
- 100m Dash: A fast race down the length of Trinity Bridge.
- CP Capture: Who can capture a CP the fastest?
- Soccer: 12 vs 12 match on the Wargames map.
Group 5:
Date: August 23rd
- Blind Relay: The Blind Race extended to have 3 coaches and 1 racer
- The Forean 10K: A Marathon race through the first three zones in Foreas
